Worth checking first

• The phone and the machine are on the same Wi-Fi, and the MIRA host is running on the machine.
• Settings → MIRA → Local Network is on. iOS asks once, and MIRA finds nothing without it.
• Stuck on CONNECTING? Somebody at the machine has to approve you — a window is waiting there.
• From outside your home, both the game port and the gate port need forwarding. The host’s window shows which ones it uses.
• Aim off? Calibrate again, holding the phone the way you actually hold it while playing.

What to tell us

MIRA sends us nothing on its own — no crash reports, no diagnostics — so what you write is all we have to work with.

• What you did, and what happened instead.
• Which mode, and whether you were on the same Wi-Fi or connecting from outside.
• Your iPhone and iOS version, and which host the machine runs.

A short screen recording is worth more than a long description. Expect a reply within a few days.

Reporting abuse

Put “report” in the subject line and tell us what happened. Those come first in the inbox.

Your data

MIRA collects nothing about you — the Privacy Policy says exactly what that means. For any request about your data, same address.
